Happily Ever After


Our Happily Ever After package is designed for weddings with up to 150 guests and includes our wedding planning services from beginning to the end.

The Planning Investment for this package is $3,750, with a 20% deposit upon signing of a contract. 

Planning and Design for this package include but not limited to: 

  • Initial Event Consultation ( 60 minutes ).
  • Budget management and wedding checklist.
  • Ceremony and Reception design plan and floor plan creation. Decor Rentals from our inventory are available at an additional cost
  • Concierge assistance with wedding planning tasks such as; wedding website, invitation coordination, Rsvp tracking and follow up, dress appointments, tablescape design, transportation services, and hotel bookings for out of town guests, etc.
  • Vendor recommendations, consultations, and meetings. Coordinating with booked vendors during the whole process.
  • Assistance with menu development and recommendations on cuisine, joining for food tastings, etc.
  • Venue walk-through meetings (as needed)
  • Depending on the guest count, each wedding will be assigned one to two consultants and one intern/assistant for the day of your special day.
  • Wedding rehearsal coordination and rehearsal dinner (as needed).
  • Day-of-event coordination for up to 12 hours on the day of the wedding including decor setup and breakdown if needed.

Meet Me At The Altar 

Our Meet Me At The Altar package is designed for weddings with up to 150 guests and it begins two months prior to the wedding. It includes a day of event coordination and decor services.

The Planning Investment for this package is $2500, with a 20% percent deposit upon signing of the contract. 

Planning and Design for this package include but not limited to: 

  • Event Consultation ( 30 minutes ).
  • Assistance finalizing all the wedding details and booking any remaining unbooked vendors.
  • Customized timeline and itinerary for the wedding party and vendors/venue.
  • Vendor arrival times confirmations as well as coordinating on the day of
  • Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.
  • Concierge assistance with honeymoon planning, transportation, hotel blocks for out of town guests. Decor Rentals from our inventory are available at an additional cost
  • Day of coordination services for up to 10 hours, decoration of the honeymoon suite (if needed), ceremony and reception set up and break down.

New Beginnings - Day of Coordination 


Our New Beginnings - Day of Coordination package is created for the bride and groom that have done all the work planning all the details ahead of time. When it comes to the day of the wedding, they want to relax and enjoy without worrying about execution. Let us handle all the small details and any issues that may arise throughout the day. This package includes planning coverage two weeks prior and ten hours on the day of your wedding. Based on the size of your wedding we will be providing one Senior Wedding Coordinator and one or more assistants to handle on-site setup and coordination with the venue, vendors, and guests.

The Planning Investment for this package begins at $1800 (up to 100 guests). It varies based on the start date of the package, hours worked on the day of the event, and the scale of design including the guest count. There is a 50% deposit due at the time of signing the contract.  

Planning and Design for this package include but not limited to: 

  • One Senior Planner and assistant(s) based on the size of the event.
  •  In-person meeting/walkthrough at the venue to go over all details, timeline, and set up ( 45 minutes ).
  • Wedding Google doc for easy access that includes a timeline, vendor contact information, wedding party contact, personal decor list, and running to be determined list if necessary
  • Coordinating with all the vendors - introductions, confirmation of event details, timeline distribution, and providing important contact information.
  • Point of contact for all day of wedding questions for vendors, wedding party, and family if necessary.
  • Early arrival at the location of the wedding to check and accept all deliveries  (i.e. rentals, florals, etc).
  • Set-up and arrangement of all personal items and décor according to the floor plan (i.e. champagne flutes, cake cutters, guestbook, table numbers, menu cards, name/escort cards, etc.) Decor Rentals from our inventory are available at an additional cost
  • Review of the final set up before guests arrivals.
  • Guide the wedding party down the aisle and through the ceremony and all other ceremony related tasks.
  • Make sure that ceremony and reception stay on time and remain on point as discussed and written on the timeline. Coordinate all events during the wedding such as encouraging guests to sit, cue wedding party for introductions and toasts, photographers/DJ, and remain accessible throughout the wedding for couple and guests).
  • Our team will pack up all personal items and décor and ensure they reach the designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the night.
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit, filled with items for the bridal party in case of emergencies.
  • MOST importantly; ensuring the bride and groom and guests are having a once in a lifetime experience!

Fly Away With Me


Our Fly Away With Me package is created for the couple that desires a Destination Wedding. Whether set in the Picturesque Caribbean or on the stunning coast of Italy, we are able to provide you with luxury concierge planning services. We act as the liaison between you and the resort/location of your wedding and handle all the planning details before and upon arrival. We stay on-site with you and your guests and create memories that will last a lifetime. This package includes planning up to six months prior to the wedding, coordination of rehearsal dinner, and 12 hours on the day of the wedding.

The Planning Investment for this package begins at $1,950 as well as travel expenses (flight/hotel) and checked luggage for Senior Planner, with a 30% percent deposit upon signing of the contract. It varies based on the desired start date of planning, guest count, decor items needed, and location of the wedding.

Planning and Design for this package include but not limited to: 

  • Event Consultation ( 30 minutes ).
  • Researching and accumulating quotes for different locations and helping narrow down options.
  • Concierge Assistance with all/remaining wedding details and communicating with the resort/location of the wedding (Acting as the liaison between clients and staff on-site). Decor Rentals from our inventory are available at an additional cost.
  • Customized timeline and itinerary with the resort/location of the wedding.
  • Booking any off-site vendors; confirming arrival times as well as coordinating on the day of.
  • Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, customizing ceremony, and
    reception design and floor plans.
  • Reserving and Setting up hotel/resort blocks for guests.
  • Create and/or distribute welcome bags to guests upon arrival.
  • Attend on-site walkthrough, rehearsals, and complete necessary wedding tasks on site.
  • Day of coordination services for up to 10 hours, decoration of honeymoon suite (if needed), ceremony and reception set up and break down.
